Over the past 13 years working for the BBC, Lucy has covered stories for radio and television across several continents - including conflict and terrorism in the Middle East; the deaths of key political figures such as Kim Jong-il and Yasser Arafat; Israel’s withdrawal from Gaza; turbulent political unrest in Thailand, France, and East Timor; natural disasters in Indonesia and Iran; and the recent tensions on the Korean Peninsula.

Lucy was the former Seoul BBC Correspondant in korea and is writing a book on the real story behind the North/South divide of Korea.
